Six Week Online Mindfulness Course

Six Week Online Mindfulness Course

In today’s rush, we all think too much, seek too much, want too much– and forget the joy of just being.” – Eckhart Tolle

What is Mindfulness?

With the rapid pace of life today, many of us can feel overwhelmed and stressed.

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing your attention to the present moment, with openness and without judgment. It involves being aware of your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment. Mindfulness helps you to create a sense of calm and clarity, reduce stress and improve your overall mental health.

Does your mind tend to wander?  Do you find it hard to disconnect from a work mindset?  Do you find yourself worrying about things? Is it challenging for you to stay focused? If so this course could be the very thing you need! This journey is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, enhance your well-being, and bring more presence and awareness into your daily life.

What past participants have said about my courses:

I had never done a mindfulness course before I went on this 6 week course with Emma. Emma’s voice is so soothing & relaxing & really put me at ease while in the comfort of my own home & it’s a testament to her skills that she can make you switch off & teach these skills to a complete beginner.

Emma has given me the tools to practice mindfulness daily & make the most out of each day.

Ann Marie

Doing Emma’s online Mindfulness course was the greatest investment I made in myself this year. I always came away from the session feeling informed, relaxed and empowered. The techniques that Emma taught have had many benefits in my everyday: helping me find calm in parenthood, promoting clear decision making in my professional life and in general providing me with better coping skills around stress and overwhelm. Emma has a reassuring presence and goes at a nice pace to set you up for a better week.

Dr Kilcoyne, Dublin

I cannot recommend Emma’s Mindfulness course enough. I found each session to be very well prepared with a different meditative approach each week. I genuinely looked forward to each class. There were always some really useful takeaways. Emma has a lovely way about her, making the class group feel relaxed and free to get the most out of the session.

Orla, Career Consultant ,Business and Executive Coach

I loved this course with Emma. Emma created a warm, welcoming atmosphere online for all the participants and her voice is compassionate and engaging. The course content was intuitively tailored to the group. She is a beautiful guide to self discovery and I felt a deepening of my faith and joy of fully living in the present moment.

Emma from The Well Web hosted a weekly course of on-line mindfulness via Zoom.

She encouraged that we set up a quite space and make it cosy. For me that was in my bedroom with candles, incense and some crystals.

As it was all done on Zoom I was in my PJs and all set for full relaxation.

After each guided meditation session (which was deeply relaxing), I would get a full nights rest. This would set me up for the rest of the working week.

Emma would follow up the next day by e-mail with extra links for helpful resources on mindfulness and a top line summary of what key takeaways that she covered.

I now have my daily mantra. I take a few long deep belly breaths and think ‘The here & the now’.

A daily reminder to live for the now.

Stephanie – Dublin

Emma has a lovely calming voice. Her classes had a lovely flow to them, building on what we had learned the previous week.

The course developed my awareness of my thoughts and any negative patterns I had. Emma took time with everyone and allowed us all time to talk about our experiences and we felt it impacted our lives daily. I always felt supported by Emma and her friendly nature really made the class so enjoyable.

Consistency is key when practising meditation, and it now a part of my daily routine. I am so happy that i decided to take the time for some self care and do Emma’s course, it was a game changer. YW
