Moon Workshops

Moon workshops take place in connection with the phases of the moon. It involves setting intentions and reflecting on goals. Helping you to connect with nature, promote personal growth and focus on specific aspects of your life. Includes meditation, breathwork, visualisations, intention-setting during the new moon, and releasing and resetting goals during the full moon. Finishing with a sound bath. Aligning yourself with the natural rhythms of the moon that can enhance mindfulness and self-awareness.

New Moon

During a New Moon, you have the opportunity to refresh stagnant areas of your life and introduce positive changes. This is the perfect time to set intentions for manifestation, aligning your goals with the energy of the moon.

A time to reflect on various aspects of your life—whether it’s relationships, career, personal growth, or other areas. Consider what you want to invite, achieve, or change.

Full Moon

During the Full Moon its a time to reflect on aspects of your life that may be holding you back or causing negativity. It could be habits, emotions, or situations that no longer contribute positively to your well-being. The full moon is considered a powerful time to release and let go of these burdens.

I have been regularly attending Emma’s in-house workshop since September 2023. I can say with my hand on my heart it has changed the way I live my life. Emma from The Well Web has been very warm & welcoming to me. The workshop space in Dublin is comfortable & relaxing. There are a wide variety of helpful techniques on guided mediations that vary from session to session. Emma has opened a new world to me on mindfulness, proper breathing, EFT (tapping), finding gratitude along with her sound healing sessions. I really enjoyed The Well Web workshops with Emma.
