Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT, also known as tapping, is a therapeutic technique, a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion, it sends a vibration down the energy line which shifts the block a little bit, helping release energy blockages and alleviate emotional distress. You keep doing this until the block is cleared. Very often, after a few minutes of tapping, people say that they feel calmer, lighter and more relaxed.
