A little bit about myself

I am Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, an accredited Mindfulness Coach and Practitioner and have a diverse range of experience within the wellness field, I am a Sound Healing Practitioner, Forest bathing Guide, Reiki Master and EFT Practitioner.

And for when you just need some extra care I offer Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

Having personally witnessed the transformative impact of mindfulness in my own life, I want to provide a safe and secure space for others to explore its benefits. Numerous scientific studies support the positive aspects of living a more mindful life. I can confidently confirm this, and I’m incredibly grateful to have incorporated these skills into my toolkit over the past number of years.

It’s important to recognize that mindfulness or coaching is not a cure-all solution.

At times, seeking extra support from a therapist can significantly enrich our journey.
