Retreat 2 Hour in person workshop
During the retreat I will be using various tools and methods to enhance your holistic wellness, such as visualization, mindfulness practices, expressive journaling, controlled breathing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and sound therapy.
This 2 hour workshop is an add on to the 8 week course and an additional cost applies.
